Collectively all information that you submit to RantCell via Website, RantCell Pro App. This definition incorporates, where applicable, the definitions provided in the Data Protection Act 1998;

Any third party that accesses to Website and is not either (i) employed by RantCell and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to RantCell and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services;
The website that you are currently using RantCell and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.
The Android or iPhone App which is available for free in Play Store and App store to download. This App does not require user registration to use the services available on app.
RantCell Pro App
RantCell Pro app can be downloaded through link provided by Megron Tech Limited, to download please contact RantCell Support. This require user registration to use the services on app. RantCell Pro App can be used in conjunction with RantCell website.
The singular includes the plural and vice versa;
A reference to a person includes firms, companies, government entities, trusts and partnerships.
"Including" it is understood to mean "including without limitation".
Reference to any statutory provision includes any modification or amendment of it.
What information do we collect?
4. We may collect the following data, which includes personal data from you:
Operating system (automatically collected);
Speed test (upload and download speed test results), SMS test, ping latency test results. Mobile network information such as operator name, cell signal strength, cell information, mobile network types such as 2G, 3G, 4G and CDMA and location information, Wi-Fi test results and call test results. (Note: Test number of B party number information is not shared or sent to RantCell. Call setup time and failed scenarios such as dropped call, call setup success rate and information about the device such as make and model, IMEI number unique identification of mobile and android version.
No personal identifiable information will be collected on RantCell Free App.
d.Personal information is collected when you setup a trail on paid or enterprise versions via RantCell Pro App or from RantCell website.
Information collected are as follows
Registered e-mail id
Data will be stored in different places in internal IT systems (including e-mail) and secured public cloud (Amazon AWS services).
Why does RantCell process personal data?
5. We need personal information to create a user account on RantCell servers to enable user to use services offered and to provide support services and contact on any promotion offers on RantCell services.
6. For purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, RantCell is the "Data Controller".
7. Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to any third party disclosures specifically set out in this policy, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.
8. All personal Data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security see the clause below (Security).
9. Any or all of the above Data may be required by us from time to time in order to provide you with the best possible service and experience when using our Website. Specifically, Data may be used by us for the following reasons:

We have internal controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by us in the proper performance of our duties. If password access is required for certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
19. We endeavour to do our best to protect your personal Data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your Data transmitted to the Website.
For how long does RantCell keep data?
20. If your business with RantCell is unsuccessful or successful, we will retain your data on IT systems with your consent.

Require the organisation to change incorrect or incomplete data;

22. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to RantCell we will not be able to offer any product/services/updates of RantCell.

For example, this could occur if our servers are located in a country outside the EEA or one of our service providers is situated in a country outside the EEA. 27. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
